Customers have a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the order to return it, freely and without any justification required.

Customers may return a product provided they are returned without any signs of use, with the corresponding label and in the original packaging the items were delivered in.

The refund can either be transferred as store credit or returned by the same payment method as the purchase.

Any items that have been custom made according to the customer’s specifications or that have been clearly personalized cannot be returned / refunded.

Any items that can be repaired / fixed will not be returned / refunded.
